SLABTEK's countertop fabrication factory in Lebanon: CNC bridge saw, 5-axis waterjet, CNC machining centre, edge polisher and 12K slab scanning for precision stonework.
Every slab is digitised in 12K resolution on the D2 IRIS scanner for vein-matched digital layouts before cutting. The GMM BRIO CNC monoblock bridge saw dimensions quartz, granite, marble, porcelain and sintered stone slabs with a tilting head for 45-degree mitred waterfall edges.
The 5-axis CLASSICA waterjet cuts any material cold — stone, ceramic, glass, metal, composites — with automatic taper compensation and a kerf finer than a millimetre. The Intermac Master 33 4-axis CNC machining centre handles sink and hob cutouts, drilling, engraving, drainage grooves and polished edge profiles with an automatic tool changer.
The Sassomeccanica Flying Flat vertical edge polisher finishes straight edges to a mirror gloss with six polishing heads and bevelling units on material up to 6 cm thick — production-speed edge finishing for countertops and claddings.
